Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a bit longer — we'll keep you posted.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us at wildwildwest@studiochris.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us at wildwildwest@studiochris.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.
